For the quickest turnaround, we recommend selecting your athlete’s best clips before placing your order. Rather than sending full game footage, you’ll send us the specific clips you’d like included in your reel. Simple screen recordings are perfectly fine!
We recommend approximately 20–30 of your athlete’s best clips for a 3–5 minute highlight reel. Coaches review many highlight reels, so focus on quality over quantity, putting your athlete’s strongest moments first. Choose clips that quickly showcase your athlete’s skills, versatility, and strengths.
Place Your Order
Purchase your highlight reel and complete checkout. After checkout, you’ll be directed to the Athlete Information Form. A link to the form will also be included in your confirmation email.
Tell Us About Your Athlete
Complete the Athlete Information Form with the details you’d like included in the reel. If you choose background music, you can select a track from our curated music library.
Upload Photo & Clips
At the end of the Athlete Information Form, you’ll have the opportunity to upload your athlete’s photo and the video clips you’d like included in the reel before submitting. Once submitted, you’ll receive an email with a copy of your responses and uploaded files for your records.
We Create Your Reel
Once we have everything we need, we’ll transform your clips into a polished highlight reel with player identification, clean transitions, thoughtful cropping/framing, and your selected audio.
Receive & Share Your Highlights
We’ll send you the completed highlight reel along with a copy of your athlete’s personalized cover image, ready to download and share with coaches, recruiters, family, and more. For easy sharing, we recommend uploading your finished reel to YouTube and providing the YouTube link to coaches, recruiting platforms, and others.
