Because each Reel Deal Highlights Custom Highlight Reel is personalized and created specifically for your athlete, our services are nonrefundable once editing has begun.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@reeldealhighlights.com. We process orders quickly, so cancellation requests must be received before editing begins to be eligible for a refund.

Your satisfaction is important to us. Each Custom Highlight Reel includes one revision, giving you the opportunity to request reasonable changes to your completed reel. If you have any questions or concerns about your order or completed reel, please contact us and we will be happy to work with you.

Because our products are delivered digitally, there are no physical items to return.
