We can create reels for all sports!

Please send the specific clips you’d like included in your highlight reel rather than full game footage. This helps us focus on your athlete’s best moments and provide a quick turnaround.

We recommend approximately 20–30 of your athlete’s best plays for a 3–5 minute reel. Quality is more important than quantity, so focus on the moments that best showcase your athlete’s skills and abilities.

You can get your video clips directly from your game footage. If your video platform allows you to download and save individual clips, simply send those. Otherwise, screen record each play. Start a few seconds before the play begins and stop a few seconds after. Don’t worry about trimming clips perfectly. We’ll take care of that during editing.

For the best results:

• Include a few seconds before and after each highlight.

• Make sure the athlete is visible in the footage.

• Send the highest quality version available whenever possible.

• No need to add arrows, circles, text, or other edits. We’ll handle that for you.

You’ll upload your athlete’s photo and video clips directly through the Athlete Information Form provided after checkout.

Audio is a personal preference. You can choose original game audio, no audio, or background music. Keep in mind that coaches may watch highlight reels without sound, so music is completely optional.

Our current turnaround time is one week after we receive all required materials. If we anticipate a longer turnaround time, we’ll let you know.

You’ll receive an email with a link to a personalized Dropbox folder containing your completed reel and files. A Dropbox account is not required to access or download your files.

You’ll receive your finished highlight reel along with a copy of your athlete’s personalized cover image, ready to download and share.

Yes! Your highlight reel includes one revision request. We want you to be happy with your finished reel and will do our best to accommodate reasonable requests.

We recommend uploading your finished reel to YouTube and sharing the link with coaches, recruiting platforms, family, and others. In our experience, this is one of the easiest ways to share your reel.
