From Our Sports Family to Yours

If you're a sports parent, you already know the commitment. Between registration fees, club dues, uniform costs, travel, admission, parking, equipment, and everything else that comes with supporting your athlete, the expenses add up quickly. Your time is valuable, too.

When it was time to create a recruiting reel for our own student-athlete, we found ourselves facing another cost. We could spend hours learning to make one ourselves or pay hundreds of dollars for a professionally edited reel. After researching our options, we discovered that many of the services available simply weren't within our budget.

So we decided to learn how to create highlight reels ourselves.

What started as a project for our own family became the inspiration behind Reel Deal Highlights. We quickly realized there are many other families looking for an affordable way to showcase their athlete without sacrificing quality, so we set out to offer polished highlight reels at a price that makes sense for hardworking sports families.

Our Editing Philosophy

Our goal is to make your athlete the star of the reel, presenting their highlights in the best possible way while remaining true to the original footage.

We may crop clips, adjust framing, add player indicators, and use clean transitions to improve clarity and presentation. We do not restore, sharpen, upscale, or otherwise enhance the quality of the original video footage, nor do we add extensive cinematic effects. The quality of the finished reel will depend in part on the quality of the footage provided.

Our focus is creating a clean, polished recruiting reel that makes it easy for coaches to see your athlete and their best moments. We keep the editing purposeful so the athlete is the star of the reel, not special effects.
