Overview

These Terms of Service apply to purchases and services provided by Reel Deal Highlights. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Custom Highlight Reels

Reel Deal Highlights provides custom sports highlight reel editing services using the photos, video clips, athlete information, and other materials provided by the customer.

Each highlight reel is individually created based on the materials and preferences submitted with the order. The quality of the completed reel depends in part on the quality and content of the original footage provided.

Reel Deal Highlights may crop, frame, trim, arrange, and otherwise edit submitted footage as needed to create the completed highlight reel. We do not guarantee that every submitted clip will be included in the final reel.

Customer-Provided Content

By submitting photos, videos, athlete information, or other materials to Reel Deal Highlights, you confirm that you have the right and permission to provide those materials for use in creating your highlight reel.

You retain ownership of the original content you provide. Submission of content grants Reel Deal Highlights permission to use, edit, reproduce, and process that content as necessary to complete your order.

Promotional Use

Reel Deal Highlights will not use a customer's completed highlight reel, photos, video footage, or athlete likeness for advertising, portfolio, website, social media, or other promotional purposes without permission.

Customers are provided an optional opportunity to grant permission for promotional use when completing the Athlete Information Form. Providing permission is entirely voluntary and will not affect the customer's order or the services provided.

If the athlete is under 18, permission for promotional use must be provided by the athlete's parent or legal guardian.

Video Quality

Reel Deal Highlights works with the footage provided by the customer. While we may crop and frame footage to help keep the focus on the athlete, we cannot restore missing detail or guarantee improvements to low-resolution, blurry, obstructed, poorly lit, or otherwise limited source footage.

The quality of the finished highlight reel will therefore depend in part on the quality of the original files submitted.

Revisions

Each Custom Highlight Reel includes one revision. Customers may request reasonable changes to the completed reel as part of the included revision.

Requests that substantially change the original project, require extensive additional editing, or involve significant amounts of new footage may fall outside the included revision and may require an additional fee. If additional charges would apply, the customer will be notified before any additional work is performed.

Turnaround Time

Custom Highlight Reels are typically completed within one week after Reel Deal Highlights has received all information, photos, video clips, selections, and other materials needed to begin the project.

Turnaround times are estimates and may vary depending on project requirements, order volume, customer response times, or other circumstances.

Cancellations and Refunds

Because Custom Highlight Reels are personalized and created specifically for each athlete, orders become nonrefundable once editing has begun.

Customers who wish to cancel should contact Reel Deal Highlights as soon as possible. We process orders quickly, and cancellation requests must be received before editing begins to be eligible for a refund.

Each Custom Highlight Reel includes one revision, and customer satisfaction is important to us. If you have a question or concern regarding your completed reel, please contact us so we can work with you within the scope of the service purchased.

Digital Delivery

Reel Deal Highlights provides a digital service. No physical product is shipped unless specifically stated otherwise.

Completed highlight reels and accompanying digital files are delivered electronically. Customers are responsible for downloading and securely saving their completed files after delivery.

File Storage and Retention

Customer-submitted photos, video clips, completed highlight reels, and other project files may be retained for up to 90 days following delivery of the completed highlight reel. After that time, files may be permanently deleted and may not be recoverable.

Customers are responsible for downloading and securely saving their completed highlight reel and cover image after delivery. Reel Deal Highlights does not guarantee permanent storage or future availability of completed files or customer-submitted content.

Music

When available, customers may select from music options offered by Reel Deal Highlights or choose other available audio options associated with the service.

Although music offered through our music library is selected for use under applicable licensing terms, Reel Deal Highlights cannot guarantee that third-party platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, or other services will not flag, restrict, mute, remove, or otherwise limit content containing music. Platform policies and automated content-identification systems are outside our control.

When applicable, licensing information may be provided upon request.

Recruiting and Results

Reel Deal Highlights provides video editing and presentation services only. We do not represent or guarantee that a highlight reel will result in recruitment, scholarship offers, roster placement, coach responses, athletic opportunities, or any other particular outcome.

Third-Party Services

Reel Deal Highlights may use third-party services for functions such as file transfer, file storage, payment processing, website services, or digital delivery. Use of those services may also be subject to the third party's applicable terms and policies.

Accuracy of Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate athlete information, contact information, preferences, and other details necessary to complete their order. Reel Deal Highlights is not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate information supplied by the customer.

Please review submitted information carefully and notify us as soon as possible if a correction is needed.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service from time to time. The version in effect at the time an order is placed will apply to that order unless otherwise required by law.
